Most of our owners manage from the US, Canada or the Netherlands. APS Host is built around that distance.
Questions owners ask
Airbnb does not accept tour links or video inside a listing, no provider can put one there. Your tour lives on your direct booking channels, socials and guest guide, and we pull still photos from the scan that can go on the listing. Anyone who promises a 3D tour inside Airbnb is not being straight with you.
Only people you share the private link with. We never post a property anywhere without the owner permission, and the record file belongs to you.
Within 48 hours of the scan visit, guaranteed. If a room was missed or does not match the real property, we rescan it free under the True to Property guarantee.
Your cleaner or keyholder lets us in, that is how it works for most owners. We schedule between stays so no guest or guest belongings are ever captured.
It is dated photo proof of your property condition, refreshed at every check. When a guest claims damage was already there, or a dispute opens, you answer with timestamped photos instead of opinions.
