APS Host is built for owners who manage their Aruba rental from another country. Your cleaner or keyholder lets us in, you approve the written quote from your phone, and the finished work comes back to you by message and email.
No flight home required
Access is arranged with your cleaner, keyholder or manager on the island.

Can the tour go inside my Airbnb listing?
Airbnb does not allow tour links inside the listing itself. Your tour lives on its own page, and the link goes where links work: your guest messages, your digital guide, your socials and your direct booking page. Many owners also mention in the listing text that a full 3D tour is available on request.
Who can see my tour?
Only people who have your link. The page is private by default, it is not listed anywhere, and it is never posted publicly without your permission.
How fast will my tour be ready?
Within 48 hours of the scan. If a room is missed or does not match the property as it stands, we come back and rescan it free. That is the true to property guarantee, and it holds for the life of the tour.
Do I need to be on the island for the scan?
No. Your cleaner, keyholder or property manager can let us in. You approve the written quote beforehand, and you receive the finished tour, floor plan and photos by message and email.
What does the Property Record actually prove?
Every check is photographed and dated, so the record shows the condition of the property at a specific point in time. Owners use it when a stay ends in a damage claim, or when there is a disagreement about how the property was left.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to our CMB account. The details are on your written quote, and work starts once you have approved it. No card details are ever taken through this site.
